Luna works with individuals who long to feel more connected - to themselves, to their loved ones, and to the world they move through each day. Her clients often come feeling disconnected, unsure where they belong, or carrying the quiet belief that there’s something “wrong” with them. Together, Luna helps clients reconnect with who they are, cultivate self-acceptance, and build more meaningful connections with the people and life around them.

Rooted in curiosity, compassion, and care, Luna creates a therapeutic space where all parts of you are welcome - even those that feel uncertain, unseen, or unsure. Her sessions are warm, non-judgmental, and often infused with humor and laughter, making room for both vulnerability and meaningful growth. Luna’s connection to this work is personal and lived. Having walked her own path, she understands the bravery it takes to face change and to explore your inner world with honesty, curiosity, and acceptance.

Luna specializes in working with ADHD,  Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), cPTSD, struggles with self-esteem, attachment wounds, and complex family or relational dynamics. She is also passionate about supporting those navigating recovery from abusive relationships and those navigating chronic illnesses, specifically autoimmune disorders and chronic fatigue.

Luna has received training in EMDR, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Structural Dissociation Theory, and Play Therapy. Guided by humanistic values, she takes a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy, engaging actively to ensure all clients receive an individualized therapeutic experience that best suits their needs. Her therapeutic style draws from Structural Dissociation Theory (Parts work),  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Jungian Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Expressive Arts and Polyvagal Theory.

“You are not broken - together, we can make space to reconnect with who you are and learn to meet yourself with curiosity, compassion, and acceptance. I’d love to walk with you along this path.”
